Description

The Nuraspike is designed to be driven into the ground to support the adjustable Nurajack deck pedestal, replacing traditional deck piles for low-profile decks.
Install the Nurajack directly under a joist or bearer to create a low-profile deck over grass or dirt.
- Create a level entry deck over grass or dirt with Nuraspikes and Nurajacks
- Suitable for most soil types, Nuraspikes are simply driven flush into the ground with a sledgehammer
- Use the Nuraspike Hitting Plate (NJHP) to minimise indentation of the Nuraspike by the sledgehammer
- Made from powder-coated galvanised steel
- Arrives flat packed in single boxes and boxes of 5
- Easy to assemble and install
- Use the Nurajack Quantity Calculator or Nurajack Placement Graph for recommended spacing along joist or bearer
- Follow timber decking suppliers specification for structure and placement of decking boards
- Pre-drilling of the soil may assist the installation of Nuraspikes in heavily compacted soils.

ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow one full business day to process your order. You can expect an email within one business day to let you know your order is on the way!
STORE PICKUP
Store Pick up is not available. Orders are dispatched from various warehouse locations around Australia.
LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and select the Standard Shipping method.
Orders placed before 1pm during store hours [8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday] will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be dispatched the next day we are open.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
SHIPPING RATES
Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order. As Nurajacks and Nuraspikes are bulky items, these may be shipped on pallets. The shipping rate is calculated at the time of checkout based on the size of the order and the delivery address.
We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.
RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return shipping is at your cost.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, clean, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All returned products that are accepted by Nurajack have a 15% restocking fee applied.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@nurajack.com.au with a photo of the goods you wish to return and the reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
PRECAUTIONS
- Check for in-ground services where Nuraspikes are being installed
- Nuraspikes must be installed flush in ground
- Not suitable for waterlogged, heavily compacted or rocky soil. If in doubt, test the area first or check with a qualified engineer
- Use Nuraspike Hitting Plate (available separately)
- Ensure deck complies with any relevant local or governmental building requirements
- Assemble Nuraspike completely before installation
- Use the Nurajack Quantity Calculator or Nurajack Placement Graph for recommended spacing along joist or bearer
- Follow timber decking suppliers specification for structure and placement of decking boards
