The Nurapad is a low-profile pedestal designed to support timber or aluminium joists over any stable and non-eroding surfaces - including Nuraspikes. Fully compatible with most membranes, the Nurapad is easy to use and fast to install. Nurapads can be adjusted in height by stacking up to 3 high and by using the 1, 2 or 3mm Nurapad Shims (NJS1, NJS2, NJS3).
For situations that have a low-profile fall on the substrate, taper or rip a timber joist to the fall of the substrate and place the Nurapad directly under the joist. See the video on this page for more information.

STORE PICKUP
Store Pick up is not available. Orders are dispatched from various warehouse locations around Australia.
LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and select the Standard Shipping method.
Orders placed before 1pm during store hours [8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday] will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be dispatched the next day we are open.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
SHIPPING RATES
Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order. As Nurajacks and Nuraspikes are bulky items, these may be shipped on pallets. The shipping rate is calculated at the time of checkout based on the size of the order and the delivery address.
We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.
RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return shipping is at the your expense.
